Jackson Walker is pleased to announce its representation of Sky Peak Capital in connection with the formation of Excelus Holdings, a scaled precision manufacturing platform serving mission-critical industries across the United States.
Excelus Holdings was formed through the combination of Excelus Manufacturing Solutions, D&G Machine Products, and Millennium Precision. The platform brings together more than 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space and a workforce of over 200 employees, providing precision machining, fabrication, welding, complex assemblies, and systems integration capabilities for highly engineered applications in sectors including aerospace, defense, medical devices, power generation, and other high-reliability industrial markets.
The formation of Excelus reflects Sky Peakās continued focus on building and investing in industrial platforms that support essential supply chains and advanced manufacturing capabilities.
