Brandon Flowers is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. His practice focuses on general corporate matters, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Brandon practiced at a boutique corporate law firm, where he focused on venture capital deals and compliance matters for fantasy sports and gaming clients.
