Biography
As a partner in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker, Devanshi brings a dynamic approach to every case she handles. Devanshi’s enthusiasm allows her to connect with clients and colleagues alike, fostering a collaborative environment where innovative solutions thrive. Devanshi puts herself in her clients’ shoes, ensuring that she understands their goals and concerns from the outset and works to achieve the best possible results.
Devanshi’s practice spans the full spectrum of litigation, from counseling clients in the earliest stages—developing strategies and crafting demand letters—to arguing motions for summary judgment and presenting witnesses at trial. Devanshi is committed to seeing each matter through to a successful resolution, always with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Devanshi’s experience covers a wide range of litigation matters, including trademark and copyright infringement claims and business disputes involving breach of contract, negligence, fraud, theft of trade secrets, and breach of fiduciary duty. She also has extensive experience representing broker-dealers in FINRA arbitrations.
Beyond her legal practice, Devanshi is deeply committed to serving the community. She is actively involved in several non-profit organizations and currently holds a board seat on the Community Council of Greater Dallas. Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Devanshi was an extern for Justice Lang-Miers of the 5th Court of Appeals.
