Biography
Jordan Byrne is an attorney in Jackson Walkerâs Banking and Finance practice group, where she focuses on complex real estate finance transactions. She regularly represents financial institutions and other lenders in connection with commercial lending matters, with particular experience in financing transactions involving multifamily developments, condominium projects, office buildings, industrial facilities, hotels, and regional shopping centers.
Jordanâs practice includes the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of secured lending transactions. She works closely with clients through all phases of a transaction, from initial term sheet through closing, ensuring efficient execution while addressing business and risk considerations.
Prior to her legal career, Jordan was a collegiate swimmer at Southern Methodist University, where she developed the discipline, resilience, and team-oriented mindset that continue to shape her approach to client service and complex transactions.
