Biography
Katherine Soley is a research attorney in the Fort Worth office of Jackson Walker. She conducts in-depth legal and business development research for a wide range of practice areas. She also analyzes complex federal and state legal issues, performs due diligence research on companies and individuals, and identifies and develops new legal research strategies and resources.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Kathrine’s worked as a senior executive recruiter, where she assisted candidates with completing attorney conflicts and waivers prepared by firms and/or requested by firms in order to secure employment. Katherine provided guidance and advice to law firms, corporations, and attorneys on market trends, applicable state laws, and best practices based on business objectives.
Having practiced law in both Texas and North Carolina, Katherine brings a diverse perspective to every matter she works on. As an Associate, she provided comprehensive guidance on federal and state laws. Her experience includes litigating cases in state and federal court, leading settlement negotiations, and advising clients on compliance issues to minimize liability exposure. With a commitment to client success, Katherine helps navigate complex legal landscapes with confidence and proficiency.
