Lindsay Killeen is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Austin office focused on trial and appellate litigation for both public and private entities. Her practice concentrates on commercial litigation, including energy and utility litigation, litigating issues surrounding governmental/sovereign immunity, eminent domain, real estate litigation, and complex business litigation. Lindsay has experience in both state and federal court and has practiced across the state in dozens of counties.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Lindsay practiced at an environmental law firm based in Texas, where she handled mass multidistrict litigation claims and other large-scale claims arising from severe weather events.
