Biography
Lindsey Kellam Valenta is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She practices in the Real Estate section of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Lindsey is experienced in retail, office, multifamily, industrial, warehouse, mixed-use, and unimproved land. Her practice includes acquiring, selling, leasing, and financing real estate.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has represented a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, borrowers, lenders, landlords, tenants, startups, and Fortune 500 Companies. Her expertise includes, but is not limited to, complex portfolio transactions, development transactions, retail and industrial leases, due diligence, title resolution, and coordinating smooth closings for clients.
