Biography

Lindsey Kellam Valenta is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She practices in the Real Estate section of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Lindsey is experienced in various commercial real estate asset types, including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, warehouse, mixed-use, and unimproved land. Her practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and loan transactions.

Throughout her career, Lindsey has represented a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, startups, and Fortune 500 Companies. Her expertise includes, but is not limited to, spearheading complex portfolio transactions, leading development transactions, negotiating retail and industrial leases, heading acquisition due diligence, resolving title issues, satisfying lender checklist requirements, and coordinating smooth closings for clients.
