Biography
Mica Yinger is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Corporate & Securities practice in Dallas, where she advises private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers and sellers across a broad range of corporate transactions, debt and equity financings, and other business-related matters. On the M&A side, Mica advises on platform formations and acquisitions for private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers.
In her finance practice, Mica works with credit funds and corporate borrowers to structure, document, and negotiate leveraged and asset-based financings, syndicated credit facilities, and other credit products. Her transactional experience spans industries including precision manufacturing, energy infrastructure, and industrial services.
