Biography
Minoo Blaesche is an attorney in the litigation section of Jackson Walkerâs Dallas office, where her practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, including securities arbitrations, fraud, contract disputes, and media litigation. She has represented clients in industries ranging from banking to media to healthcare institutions.
Minoo is a seasoned trial lawyer who handles a variety of business disputes, bringing a practical and results-oriented approach to every matter she undertakes. Her experience spans complex commercial cases, high-stakes financial litigation, and multifaceted business conflicts, allowing her to effectively advocate for her clients in and out of the courtroom.
She has significant experience representing financial institutions in high-profile cases, including bet-the-company disputes. Minoo has successfully defended cases for securities brokerage firms in RICO cases, banks in claims arising out of Ponzi schemes, and a variety of broker-dealers and investment advisors in claims relating to customer disputes.
Minoo also brings extensive media law experience to her practice. She has defended media companies, businesses, and individuals in defamation lawsuits across the country, navigating the complex intersection of First Amendment rights and reputational interests.
