Biography

Sami Landon is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office, who has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, outside counsel representation, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

She works with a broad range of clients including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, public and private companies, and startups. In her mergers and acquisitions practice, Sami represents clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, real estate, energy, food and beverage, and manufacturing. She brings a practical and proactive approach to each transaction, striving to always provide tailored solutions to her client’s unique needs.
