Scott represents developers, investment managers, utilities, family offices, and national tenants in complex real estate transactions across the United States. His practice includes the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties, data centers, Class A office buildings, mixed-use developments, retail centers, multifamily housing, and ranchland. Known for leading high-value deals, Scott coordinates multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, business-focused solutions.
He has developed a strong data center practice, advising clients on the full lifecycle of data center development and operations. Scott developers, operators, and investors through site selection, land use planning, and regulatory compliance, and is experienced in negotiating power purchase agreements, interconnection and facilities extension agreements, and securing economic development incentives.
