Biography

Scott Smith is a partner in the real estate practice at Jackson Walker’s Austin office, where he focuses on representing local, regional, and international developers, investment and debt-fund managers, family offices, and national tenants across a diverse range of real estate transactions. His real estate practice covers the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial projects, data centers, high-rise office buildings, mixed-use condominiums, retail shopping centers, raw land, and multifamily housing.

Scott also provides counsel to investors and private equity funds on real estate due diligence and the formation of joint ventures.
