Biography

William Jenkins is the Managing Partner of the Fort Worth office.  William is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer representing clients in courtrooms across Texas and many other states. William has handled many significant cases, including successfully defending several shareholder suits related to the merger of a Texas real estate investment trust with a New York investment company and an investor in a commercial real estate development.  William is a member of the inaugural class of the Texas Verdicts Hall of Fame.

William’s practice focuses on disputes related to mergers and acquisitions, internal business disputes, real estate and construction matters.  William also has significant experience with both the upstream and midstream segments of the oil and gas industry, having represented E&P companies, oil field services companies, gathering companies, and land owners.

William’s focus is to resolve disputes as efficiently as possible.  If there is an opportunity for a quick resolution, he will recommend that tactic.  But if an early resolution is not possible, William focuses on the most efficient outcome possible.
