Biography

Roderick Faulk is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s San Antonio office. Roderick partners with individuals and institutions in the areas of real estate, technology, fintech, open-source software, and life sciences to handle a variety of matters, including corporate formation and structuring, business strategy, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property.

Prior to Jackson Walker, Roderick practiced at an international law firm and a firm that provides venture counsel in Silicon Valley. In addition, he previously held other notable positions in various industries throughout his career, including previous service in the United States Air Force as an active-duty officer focused on cyber operations and information technology.

Outside of his practice, Roderick serves as a co-founder and director of Leaders Inspiring Fruitful Tomorrows, an educational organization that provides scholarship, mentoring, and educational opportunities for diverse students interested in attending college and those with a specific interest in studying medicine, law, or business.
