EB-5 Immigrant Investment
At Jackson Walker, EB-5 stakeholders have access, within a single firm, to the full scope of legal advisory services required to navigate the complexities of the investment and compliance processes, including immigration, corporate, tax, real estate, and finance.
Our lawyers help real estate developers, regional centers, private equity funds, and family offices manage risk and structure potential EB-5 funding by analyzing project business plans, securities offerings, and economic forecasts. We assist foreign nationals, entrepreneurs, and high-net worth families from around the world through the EB-5 visa program, preparing and filing I-526 petitions and I-829 petitions for regional centers and direct investors. Throughout the process, our lawyers are mindful of the significant role this program can play in helping to secure a green card, raising capital for a real estate development, and creating new jobs in the U.S.
Jackson Walkerâs EB-5 team is led by Christian A. Triantaphyllis, an EB5 Investor Magazine Top 25 Immigration Attorney* who speaks about business immigration investment topics in the U.S. and internationally. He is also a prolific writer and has contributed to various publications, including EB5 Investor, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and The National Law Review, among others.
