Jackson Walker congratulates San Antonio partner Lauren Sracic Ciminello on her appointment to the Board of Trustees of Keystone School in San Antonio, Texas.

Meet Lauren

Lauren Sracic Ciminello serves as the firm-wide chair of the Family Office practice. She guides families and closely held businesses through various transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and contract negotiations. Her practice is further complemented by experience in planning for complex family and inter-generational matters, including succession planning, to help clients preserve wealth and achieve their business and personal goals.
