A Jackson Walker team led by Austin partner Cale McDowell represented Integrated Control Solutions (ICS) in the sale of its business to SitePro, a digital oilfield fluid management company focused on delivering automation and electronic ticketing workflow solutions.
In a news release issued on November 4, 2019, SitePro stated that fluid management operations in the oil and gas industry represent one of the largest logistical challenges and costs within the upstream and midstream sectorsâespecially upstream water sourcing and disposal. Through this acquisition, the digital solutions for fluid management provided by ICS has integrated with SiteProâs existing software platform to help reduce costs, increase transparency, boost safety, and enhance environmental responsibility. In addition, SiteProâs operational footprint has expanded to include a greater presence in the Eagle Ford, Permian, Mid-Continent, Rockies, Bakken and Northeast.
Founded in 2005, Integrated Control Solutions has extensive in-house operations and in-the-field experience combined with broad engineering experience spanning electronic systems and embedded industrial software.
The Jackson Walker team also included Austin partners Andee L. Hartig and Raman N. Dewan, senior counsel Argyrios C. Saccopoulos, and associates Rony Kishinevsky and Cade Satterfield.
