Luke Gilman Appointed as Assistant Editor to Board of Editors for World Arbitration and Mediation Review

Assistant Editors are responsible for editing this quarterly publication for the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA). The ITA provides continuing education and networking for lawyers, judges, academics, government officials, and other professionals focused on transnational arbitration. The ITA is a division of the Center for American and International Law, a nonprofit organization which serves lawyers and law enforcement officials from over 135 countries.

Luke Gilman is a trial and appellate attorney who focuses on resolving complex disputes in a variety of industries. Luke has developed particular areas of expertise in First Amendment and defamation litigation, international and domestic arbitration, and technology-related disputes and investigations, in addition to a general commercial and contract litigation practice.

Luke’s experience in international arbitration includes awards under ICC, ICDR, and UNCITRAL rules in varied locals such as London, New York, and Mexico City. He has also performed internal investigations and investigations under the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA).
