I look forward to contributing to its mission alongside so many respected advocates.”
“The organization’s commitment to civility, professionalism, and the right to trial by jury aligns with the values that have guided my practice throughout my career. “
ABOTA membership is extended by invitation only to a select group of trial lawyers who exemplify high personal character, professionalism, and integrity. Candidates must have served as lead counsel in numerous civil jury trials that resulted in a verdict or hung jury. Following a rigorous review and vetting process by the local ABOTA chapter, nominees must receive more than 75% approval from the local chapter to be invited to join.
Formed in 1958, ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges committed to promoting and protecting the Seventh Amendment right to a civil jury trial. The organization counts more than 7,300 members across all 50 states and the District of Columbia and encourages active engagement in chapter activities and national programs that advance the highest standards of trial practice.
Len joins a select group of Jackson Walker attorneys who have been invited into ABOTA’s membership, including Chip Babcock, John Beckworth, Matt Dow, Richard Griffin, Jeff Harvey, and Robert P. Latham.
