Meet the Speakers

Adam Plumbley is a trial and appellate attorney in Jackson Walker’s Fort Worth office. He represents oil and gas producers, common carriers, utilities, and midstream companies in all aspects of energy litigation, condemnation and eminent domain, and real property disputes, as well as general commercial litigation, including product liability and financial services. Adam serves on the Board of Directors of Echo Production.

Mike Nasi serves as founder and Chair of Jackson Walker’s Climate Change & Carbon Management group and is also active in the Jackson Walker’s Environmental and Energy practice areas. His compliance counseling, permitting, and enforcement defense work spans a wide range of federal and state energy and environmental regulatory programs.

Chuck Campbell represents public and private sector clients in all areas of employee benefits and executive compensation and chairs Jackson Walker’s ERISA group. He regularly assists in the design, drafting, and compliance aspects of retirement plans, health and disability plans, deferred compensation plans, stock option and other equity compensation plans, severance arrangements, and executive employment agreements.

Patrick Knapp is an energy attorney in Jackson Walker’s Dallas office with experience handling corporate transactions and litigation as in-house and outside counsel to domestic and international upstream, midstream, and downstream energy companies.

Anne Street is a Co-Owner and the Chief Executive Officer of Echo Production. Anne is active in Echo Production and liaisons with senior leadership regarding the interest of the owners.

Tompie Hall is the Chief Financial Officer of Echo Production. As a former KPMG Partner and Private Equity Partner, he has led senior-level engagements and participated in global projects exceeding $18 billion.
