Biography

Allie LeVan is in the Finance & Banking section of Jackson Walker.

Allie primarily advises lending institutions in construction, bridge, and permanent financing transactions secured by real property, including multifamily properties, industrial parks, office complexes, senior housing facilities, hotels, shopping centers, condominium projects, and medical office buildings.

Allie has assisted clients with a wide range of financing needs, including syndicated and bilateral loan originations, modifications, and workouts, note-on-note financings, commercial mortgage backed securities investments, seller-financed transactions, and the sale of distressed debt.

Allie has also represented purchasers and sellers with the acquisition and disposition of real property.

Jackson Walker is pleased to announce the recognition of 75 attorneys by Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers in the 2025 “Texas Super Lawyers” list, as well as 66 attorneys as “Texas Rising Stars” for 2025. Each year, less than 5% of attorneys are selected to Super Lawyers and 2.5% to Rising Stars. Selection is based off of peer nominations that are then reviewed by a research team. Each nominee is evaluated on his or her professional accomplishments, peer recognition, and community involvement.
