Biography
Bowman is a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive experience advising clients across a broad range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, capital formation, investments, and corporate governance matters.
In his M&A and divestiture practice, Bowman represents public and private companies, private equity funds, family offices, and individuals in a variety of industries such as energy, healthcare, heavy industry, insurance, real estate, and technology. His experience spans transactions ranging in value from the low millions to over a billion dollars.
A significant focus of Bowman’s practice involves the real estate industry, where he counsels clients on structuring and negotiating real estate joint ventures, funds, and other complex transactions. His clients include developers, private equity firms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals involved in the acquisition, development, and redevelopment of hospitality, industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and master-planned community assets.
Bowman also serves as outside general counsel to many clients, offering strategic advice on day-to-day business challenges and coordinating with other professionals when needed.

- Represented Centennial in the (i) formation and negotiation of a joint venture with capital partners in connection with the acquisition of the 835,000 square foot Westland Mall in Hialeah, FL and (ii) subsequent joint ventures with capital partners and developers related to the development of various parcels of the mall.
