Biography

Debbie Robinowitz enjoys collaborating with clients to facilitate their business transactions and considers herself part of their team. Debbie is heavily invested in the success of each of her clients and their transactions and is known for her ability to lead teams effectively and efficiently in order to best serve her clients’ needs.

Debbie’s national practice primarily consists of structuring, documenting and negotiating finance transactions. While her clients include some of the largest financial institutions in the country, Debbie represents lending institutions of all sizes on a full spectrum of transactions.

Debbie has been involved in a wide array of transactions, including financings for the development of multifamily properties, condominium projects, office complexes, industrial projects, hotels, regional shopping centers, lifestyle centers, entertainment venues, churches, golf courses, and other resort properties.

In Memoriam: A Tribute to Emma Hackney

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague Emma Hackney on November 30, 2025. Emma was a bright young attorney, a dedicated community servant, and a person of kindness and integrity. She was vivacious, kind, driven, and unfailingly funny—a hard worker with a positive nature and a kindhearted disposition who lifted everyone around her.
