Biography
Gracie Garcia is a trial attorney based in Fort Worth, Texas, known for her precision, presence, and commanding courtroom advocacy. As one of the few women practicing high-stakes commercial litigation in the area, Gracie brings a bold and strategic edge to every caseâleveraging her distinct perspective to deliver results that matter.
Gracie represents both individuals and businesses across Texas and beyond in state and federal courts, in a wide range of commercial disputes, ranging from breach of contract, fraud, negligence claims to personal injury, employment, and insurance claims.
What sets Gracie apart is not just her legal acumen, but her ability to command a roomâwhether itâs a courtroom, a boardroom, or a negotiation table. She is sharp, confident, and unapologetically thorough. Clients value her ability to cut through the noise, anticipate the next move, and communicate with both clarity and candor.
With a background in big law and a caseload that spans across Texas, Gracie knows how to navigate high-pressure environments with grit and grace. Her approach is strategic, her advocacy is fearless, and her results speak for themselves. In a legal world that can often feel impersonal, Gracie brings a human edgeâfocused, professional, and just bold enough to keep everyone on their toes.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Gracie was a litigation associate at Kelly Hart & Hallman, LLP, in Fort Worth, Texas. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Rebeca Martinez at the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio and interned with the Texas Attorney Generalâs Office in Fort Worthâexperiences that deepened her understanding of the legal challenges facing todayâs businesses.
