Biography
Justin Meyer focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, mixed-use and retail projects, industrial projects, development and leasing of office buildings, apartments and unimproved land. He has extensive experience in assisting purchasers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords, developers and tenants.
His practice also includes the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts for industrial facilities, mixed-use projects, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, and other large commercial projects. Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Justin served as in-house counsel to Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated and a noted real estate boutique firm.
