Biography
Kameron Dodge is an attorney in the corporate and securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. The group focuses on assisting clients in an array of corporate transactions, including merger and acquisition transactions, startup counseling, conducting public and private offerings, and serving as outside general counsel for hundreds of companies.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Kameron served as senior director of Member & Board Relations for the National Association of Manufacturers where he counseled Fortune 500 manufacturing companies on their public policy goals, and as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley where he focused on tax, budget, and banking policy.
While in law school, Kameron was a summer associate at Medecision, Inc., an integrated health management company. He was also a senior editor of the Iowa Law Review, a member of both the National and Giles Sutherland Rich Patent Moot Court teams, and earned numerous Dean’s Awards for Academic Excellence. He also served as a tutor in the College of Law’s Writing Center and argued a case in front of the Iowa Supreme Court as a Supreme Court Day Advocate.
He was a summer associate at the Firm in 2019.
