Biography
Maggie Lu is an attorney in the real estate section of Jackson Walker’s Houston office with experience advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of undeveloped land, retail centers, office buildings, and multifamily properties. Maggie also represents landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial lease agreements for office and retail spaces. Her practice also includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in commercial lending transactions.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Maggie practiced at a small Texas law firm serving the finance and mortgage lending industries.
