Biography
Marin E. Hansen is an attorney in the Finance practice group in Jackson Walkerā€™s Houston office. Her practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial financing transactions, including syndicated and singleā€‘lender revolving credit facilities, term loans, and assetā€‘based loan structures. She also advises clients on corporate and real estate matters connected to these transactions.
Marin has experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and ancillary agreements, preparing corporate and transactional documents, and assisting with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Her background also includes work on transactions involving distressed assets and bankruptcy-related real estate matters, where she assisted with agreements related to the purchase and sale of real property and other assets.
