Biography

Meredith Brewster is a partner in the Real Estate section in the Dallas office. Meredith represents clients in an array of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and redevelopment of real property from all asset classes. As a member of the group’s “portfolio” acquisition practice, Meredith also assists in the representation of global private equity firms in the acquisition of large scale commercial real estate portfolios with emphasis on national title, survey, and zoning diligence analysis with an eye toward a practical, curative approach. Meredith has been involved in dozens of complex transactions relating to the acquisition, disposition and development of thousands of assets across the United States, including industrial, multifamily, mixed use, assisted living, hotel, and retail projects.
