Cade Satterfield Leads Corporate Group Advising Trinity Private Equity Group in Falcon Structures Investment

Jackson Walker represented Trinity Private Equity Group in a substantial growth capital investment in Falcon Structures, a manufacturer of container-based structures. With this capital infusion, Falcon expects to double the number of employees by 2021 and grow its existing business of space augmentation, field operations, and equipment enclosures.

The partnership will leverage Trinity’s real estate experience to catalyze Falcon’s entry into the modular construction market. In addition, Trinity Managing Partner Sanjay Chandra joins Falcon’s Board of Directors, bringing extensive real estate and manufacturing experience to the company.

Based in Southlake, Texas, Trinity Private Equity Group is an alternative asset management firm helping investors improve the performance of their portfolios by providing access to alternatives to traditional stocks and bonds. Established in 2006, Trinity’s current holdings exceed $2 billion and comprise traditional private equity, real estate, energy, and growth investments.

Founded in 2003, Falcon Structures provides businesses in a wide range of industries an affordable and dependable solution for mobile storage, offices, living space, and industrial equipment enclosures. Falcon’s client base includes major energy companies, defense contractors, construction firms, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
