Clients again ranked Jackson Walker among the top 100 firms for client service in a new survey conducted by BTI Consulting Group. This was the fifth consecutive year that Jackson Walker has been named to BTI’s prestigious “Client Service A-Team” list and the third straight year the firm has ranked in the top 100 out of 650 law firms serving Fortune 1000 and large organizations.

BTI’s recently released report, BTI Client Service A-Team 2015: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, is based on unprompted feedback gleaned from in-depth interviews of more than 300 leading corporate counsel. The research is independent and unbiased; no law firms influence the results, submit nominations or provide client names. BTI researchers interview clients from a wide array of industries, asking them to evaluate 17 activities that drive superior client relationships.
