Atlas Copco, a Swedish industrial tools and equipment manufacturer, has announced the acquisition of Jackson Walker client Montana Instruments Corporation for an undisclosed purchase price.
Located in Bozeman, Montana, privately owned Montana Instruments provides cryostat solutions for customers involved in physics research and low temperature technology solutions. Montana Instruments will become part of the Scientific Vacuum Division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area of Atlas Copco. The acquisition is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2022.
The Jackson Walker team was led by Cale McDowell and Michael A. Flatter, and included Chuck Campbell, Raman N. Dewan, Jessica B. Palvino, Alyca Riley Garrison, Robert L. Soza, Argyrios C. Saccopoulos, and Andrea Thai.
