Jackson Walker is pleased to announce that Emmanuel Arowolo has joined the firm as senior counsel in the Business Immigration & Compliance group in our Houston office.
Emmanuel is a corporate immigration attorney who advises U.S. and multinational employers on the full spectrum of employment-based immigration strategies. He counsels clients on nonimmigrant work and investment visas as well as employment-based permanent residence, guiding organizations through complex, time-sensitive matters with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
âWe are thrilled to welcome Emmanuel to the firm,â said S. Priya Coffey, managing partner of the Houston office. âEmmanuelâs depth of experience across U.S. and global immigration matters is a perfect fit as our Chambers-recognized business immigration team continues to grow.â
Emmanuel has extensive experience preparing and managing high-volume filings across key nonimmigrant categories, including L-1, H-1B, TN, and investment-based E-2 and E-3 visas. His permanent residence practice spans PERM labor certifications and immigrant visa petitions across multiple preference categories, with a particular emphasis on process efficiency, program scalability, and regulatory compliance for corporate immigration programs.
In addition to employment-based matters, Emmanuel assists clients with EB-5 filings, including investments made through regional centers. His work includes advising on evidentiary strategy, source-of-funds documentation, and consular processing considerations.
On his decision to join Jackson Walker, Emmanuel stated, âI am thrilled to join Jackson Walkerâs immigration practice. I look forward to partnering with employers and investors to navigate complex immigration processes, streamline programs, andâmost importantlyâhelp clients take the first significant step toward realizing their American dream.â
