Biography
Beth Wallace is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities group of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Beth handled engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, module supply agreements, power purchase agreements, and physical and financial swaps at an international law firm. She also has experience as an engineer for an energy and sustainability consulting firm and as a project engineer for a global consulting, engineering and construction management firm. She is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and an Engineer in Training (EIT).
