Biography
Bobby Biedrzycki fixes clientsâ problems. Bobbyâs practice spans a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, with a concentration on complex energy disputes. Beyond the courtroom, Bobby serves as the primary point of contact for his clientsâ broader commercial needs, assembling crossâdisciplinary teams to support every facet of his clientsâ businesses. Clients value Bobbyâs responsiveness, plainâEnglish communication, and practical judgment that keeps deals moving and risk contained.
Before law school, Bobby founded an alternative power company serving the oil and gas sectorâexperience that grounds his advice in realâworld operations and helps him anticipate issues, streamline disputes, and align strategy with business goals. Bobby also works with state representatives on laws affecting his clients, including testimony before the Texas House Business and Industry Committee.
Bobbyâs experience includes multimillionâdollar contract and title disputes across Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Oklahoma, as well as land and mineral partitions and quietâtitle actions. Bobby also works with mineral and royalty owners and buyers to secure participation in oil and gas wells where they have been wrongfully force pooled. On the transactional side, Bobby keeps deals moving on his clientsâ timelines, using his litigation and business experience to spot issues early and draft around them. Bobby has helped draft and negotiate agreements affecting all aspects of upstream oil and gas exploration, production, and renewable energy including corporate formation documents, master services agreements, surface use agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and joint operating agreements. Bobby has also worked with firm-wide teams to assist his clients with the acquisition of other businesses and equipment.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Bobby served as a law clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas for the Hon. Craig A. Gargotta.
When he is not in the office, you can usually find Bobby outsideâshooting skeet and sporting clays, chasing speckled trout in the Laguna Madre, or checking off the last few requirements for his private pilot license.
