Carolyn Campion is an attorney in the Environmental & Legislative practice of Jackson Walker’s Houston Office. She advises parties on Superfund site issues, especially those involving CERCLA, RCRA, and state analog legislation. Carolyn is well versed in the transactions clients face in various phases of environmental response. She frequently identifies and allocates environmental liability concerns to provide appropriate recommendations. In addition, Carolyn has experience bringing cost recovery actions, representing clients in business litigation, and in handling pipeline matters.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Carolyn was a judicial intern for the Honorable Fred Biery of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
