Biography
Carolyn counsels clients on CERCLA, RCRA and their state analogs. She also represents clients in litigation involving these federal statutes and other environmental matters. In addition to her environmental experience, Carolyn frequently represents clients in business litigation in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate level. She is well versed in providing appropriate recommendations and zealously advocating for her clients to achieve their business goals.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Carolyn was a judicial intern for the Honorable Fred Biery of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
