Biography
Heather Waters is an attorney in the Energy practice of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Heather offers previous experience as an in-house labor relations counselor at a leading global energy company. In that role, she handled general labor relations matters, arbitrations, employee relations investigations, and the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
Heather previously served as an intern for U.S. District Judge Sim Lake of the Southern District of Texas. She also participated at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office’s Trademark Clinic while in law school and was a pupil for the Honorable Nancy F. Atlas Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.
