Biography
Kathleen Cullen Hutchins is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. Kathleen has broad experience assisting corporate clients in an array of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings and corporate governance issues.
In her Investment Funds practice, Kathleen represents institutional investors in alternative investment transactions.
Prior to practicing law, Kathleen worked in the corporate finance industry as a consultant and financial analyst where she gained experience serving distressed businesses, assisting with refinancing and bankruptcy proceedings, and consulting on business plan models to bring practical knowledge to her clients’ cases. Kathleen is also well versed in the financial and lending issues common to large businesses, such as formulating collateral valuations for investment banks and private equity firms.
