Biography
Nathan McCune is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities practice of Jackson Walkerâs Fort Worth office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, and general commercial transactions. In addition, Nathan is highly skilled at drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution and supply agreements; complex service agreements; software as a service (SaaS) agreements; escrow agreements; license agreements; sourcing and procurement agreements, including requirements and take-or-pay arrangements; private label and contract manufacturing agreements; warehousing and logistics agreements; general terms and conditions of sale/purchase; and confidentiality agreements. He also offers experienced counsel related to securities regulation and corporate governance matters, including periodic reporting and disclosures.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Nathan practiced at a Fort Worth-based law firm. He has also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable E. Scott Frost, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Texas.

- Represented URGO Group in its acquisition of the assets of REALM Therapeutics

Jackson Walker Congratulates 2025 Texas Super Lawyers and Rising Stars
Jackson Walker is pleased to announce the recognition of 75 attorneys by Thomson Reutersâ Super Lawyers in the 2025 “Texas Super Lawyers” list, as well as 66 attorneys as “Texas Rising Stars” for 2025. Each year, less than 5% of attorneys are selected to Super Lawyers and 2.5% to Rising Stars. Selection is based off of peer nominations that are then reviewed by a research team.
