Biography
Will Nilsson is a trial and appellate attorney in the litigation section of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Will’s practice includes intellectual property litigation, general commercial litigation, complex litigation, and local counsel work. Will has litigated more than a dozen cases to favorable resolutions on behalf of clients in the banking, insurance, medical, and media industries. Will has also assisted in resolving disputes via mediation and arbitration in a neutral capacity.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Will served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. J. Rodney Gilstrap, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Texas, where Will worked on over a dozen patent infringement trials. During law school, Will served as a judicial intern for a state district court judge in Collin County, Texas and worked as an in-house summer clerk at an energy company.
