Biography
Will Nilsson is a trial and appellate attorney in the litigation section of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Will’s practice includes intellectual property litigation, general commercial litigation, complex litigation, and local counsel work.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Will served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. J. Rodney Gilstrap, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Texas, where Will worked on over a dozen patent infringement trials. During law school, Will served as a judicial intern for a Texas state district court judge and worked as an in-house summer clerk at an energy company.
