Biography
Zach Fedorko is an attorney in the corporate & securities group of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. In his practice, Zach represents entrepreneurs, startups, and emerging companies through the various stages of their life cycles as they raise financing, navigate day-to-day corporate and commercial activities, and complete exit events. Zach also serves as counsel in investment transactions to venture capital, private equity, strategic/corporate, and angel investors, and represents strategic/corporate acquirers in acquisitions.
Zach assists clients across various industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, and consumer products, including those in spaces such as software, robotics, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, virtual reality, biotech, pharmaceutical and medical devices.
While in law school, Zach was a summer associate at Nike, Inc., where he worked on service agreements and contract management. He earned his J.D. in 2017 from Stanford Law School, and graduated magna cum laude from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
