Jackson Walker Represents Prophet Equity in its Acquisition of Brown Brothers Asphalt and Concrete

Jackson Walker successfully represented Prophet Equity, a Southlake, Texas-based private equity firm, in the acquisition of Colorado-based Brown Brothers Asphalt and Concrete. The transaction closed on August 7, 2015.

Founded in 1996, Brown Brothers Asphalt and Concrete is a Centennial, Colorado-based provider of asphalt and concrete services to a diverse base of customers in the real estate development, property management, and construction industries.
