Jackson Walker represented the portfolio company of a Texas-based middle market private equity fund in connection with an add-on acquisition of substantially all assets from a Dallas-based company that buys, refurbishes, and re-sells used industrial chiller systems. The purchase price includes a net working capital adjustment and was funded, in part, by the proceeds of a term loan provided by a syndicate of Texas-based financial institutions.

Robert D. McCutchan is a corporate lawyer with a practice focused on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity debt work. Ryan K. Holm is a Dallas corporate and finance lawyer. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, general corporate matters, and fund formation and management. He regularly represents companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and individuals in transactions and other corporate matters in a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, food and beverage, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and technology. Ryan also has experience representing financial institutions and borrowers in energy lending, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and syndicated credit facilities.
