Jackson Walker Welcomes Christina Vitale to Houston Litigation Group

Christina VitaleJackson Walker is pleased to announce the arrival of Christina Vitale as a partner in the Houston office. Joining our Trial & Appellate Litigation practice, Christina will focus on complex commercial litigation, class actions, investigations, and regulatory matters.

“We are thrilled to add a great litigator to our team,” said Ross Forbes, who chairs the Firm’s Trial & Appellate Litigation practice. “Christina brings significant experience handling complex commercial litigation.”

Christina’s practice concentrates on life sciences, pharmaceutical, financial services, banking enforcement actions, and consumer protection class actions. She also handles consumer protection matters and unfair/deceptive business practices, bankruptcy-related litigation and claims issues, forensic accounting issues, and internal investigations for financial services and pharmaceutical companies. Christina has also represented clients before federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Office of the Comptroller, and state attorneys general.

“Jackson Walker has tremendous depth in all areas of litigation, and also offers impressive experience handling investigations and white collar defense,” Christina said. “I’m excited to develop my practice, particularly related to compliance and internal investigations, and to provide proactive solutions so that my clients may avoid costly litigation.”

Christina has represented clients in state and federal courts in Texas, Arizona, California, West Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. She obtained her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Arizona.
