Jackson Walker is pleased to announce the addition of Kelly D. Cobb as a partner in the Houston office. Kelly focuses on U.S. immigration law, specifically corporate immigration, family-based immigration, and the compliant manning of offshore personnel. She has extensive experience representing companies in the international energy sector as well as technology, entertainment, medical, education, and finance.
“Kelly is one of the most respected immigration attorneys in Houston,” said Christian Triantaphyllis, who leads the Firm’s Business Immigration & Compliance practice. “Having previously practiced alongside Kelly, I am thrilled she is joining our growing immigration team.”
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Kelly led the Houston office of an international firm focused on immigration.
Kelly advises companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations on immigration sponsorship and compliance. She has more than 20 years of experience counseling clients in the development and implementation of strategic immigration policies and advising U.S. and international clients on immigration issues related to corporate restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and start-ups.

She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and her B.A. from Texas State University.
