Biography
Lauren Hunsaker is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Her practice is focused on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing across all asset classes (industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use). Lauren represents real estate investment and development companies in large-scale acquisitions for commercial, multi-family, and master-planned developments, assisting clients from the purchase of the raw land through entitlement and development and final disposition of the asset. Lauren also represents privately owned and publicly traded companies in rights-of-way acquisition for pipeline infrastructure.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Lauren served as outside counsel for a global leader in oilfield services. In that role, she served as primary counsel for the upstream chemical division and specialty equipment divisions, negotiating master service agreements, indemnity agreements, and exclusive supplier agreements in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
