Michelle Miller has 15 years of experience advising corporate clients and employees on labor & employment matters and risk management. Michelle is board certified in labor & employment law, and she is experienced in all aspects of litigation.
Michelle has advised corporate clients and plaintiffs on a broad range of labor & employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour disputes, training, terminations, and risk assessment. She has experience representing clients in governmental administrative hearings and investigations before the EEOC, Texas Workforce Commission, and NMSPB.
Michelle has widespread involvement in areas including case assessment, case investigation, evidence gathering, witness interviews, research and analysis of federal and state employment law claims, and resolution planning for clients, including extensive experience in mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and civil appellate law. She is a certified mediator.
Before joining Jackson Walker, Michelle served as managing member of a Houston-area boutique labor & employment firm.
