“Alfred Meyerson’s practice covers the acquisition, development, and financing of a range of commercial real estate transactions. One client noted, 'Alfie is a personable, knowledgeable, and approachable lawyer.' Another stated, 'He understands what’s important to fight for on deals and is good at helping clients through the deal-making process.'”

— Chambers USA

“Alfie has great experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and a great knack for advancing negotiations to the real issues at hand. He is also a very effective communicator and he diffuses tension when emotions begin to factor into negotiations.”

— Best Lawyers

“Alfie is the kind of lawyer who brings new ideas and perspectives to a deal -- looking for ways to make a deal to work, rather than why it won't. He is responsive, diligent, and communicates clearly, and his positive attitude and pleasant demeanor always enhance the deal-making environment.”

— Best Lawyers

“If we have a complex transaction that requires some innovativeness and 'thinking outside the box,' more times than not I recommend using Alfie. On a scale of one to 10, Alfie is definitely a 10.”

— Best Lawyers

“Alfie is an exceptional attorney who is dedicated and easy to work with.”
